Create and promote research culture among the faculty and students.
Undertake research activities and development projects offered by agencies such as UGC, CSIR, etc.
Ensure quality, integrity, and ethics in research.
Encourage and facilitate the publication of research works in academic international/national journals.
Encourage faculty members to attend workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Motivate department coordinators to encourage students for higher studies and participation in existing research projects.
Establish linkages with other research organizations and industries to identify potential areas for research, surveys, and other basic research inquiries.
Encourage faculty to pursue Ph.D. or M.Phil. through part-time research programs.
Arrange access to research journals and e-resources through the library center.
Encourage students to undertake mini and major projects to gain additional credits.
Ensure collaborative efforts among researchers to strengthen research integrity and regularly review research progress.

Encourage faculty members to prepare research proposals, engage in interdisciplinary research, product design and development, and publish in reputed journals and conferences.
Initiate and promote MoUs with industries and R&D organizations for consultancy, collaborative research, sponsored projects, etc.
Arrange talks and interactions by eminent personalities from industry, R&D organizations, and reputed institutions to enhance understanding of research methodologies and current practices.
Suggest peer-reviewed national and international journals for subscription in the central library.
Develop research proposals for the upgradation of laboratories through UGC funding opportunities.
Encourage faculty to apply for patents and other forms of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
Allocate a budget for conducting workshops, training programs, seminars, conferences, and faculty development programs, and support faculty attending external workshops, conferences, and paper presentations.
Motivate faculty and students to design, fabricate, and implement viable functional projects for the benefit of the institute and society.
Encourage students and faculty to present technical papers/projects at national conferences, competitions, and exhibitions.

To enhance the research ecosystem of the college.
To promote Academic Research in the college with faculty and students.
To preserve the code of conduct of the college while publishing.
To help the faculty in applying for funds in the form of sponsored research /Grants from government and non-government agencies.
